Three Arm Fixed Turret Fixed Oven / Four Arm Oven 

Process:

The process is generally used for manufacturing large small hollow articles. Most of
the products are made from LDPE/HDPE. Polyethylene in powder form is poured into a sheet metal or cast aluminum mould. The mould is attached to the end of an "arm" powered by motors that slowly rotate or spin it Biaxially in an oven at 250-300 C, with the charge of powder inside the mould. This causes the powder to gradually melt, sinter and build up a layer of polymer on the inner walls of the mould. After the entire quantity of powder is consumed and fully melt-sintered, the mould is allowed to cool. This causes the polymer to solidify and shrink, thereby de-attaching itself from the mould walls. The moulded article can then be easily removed by opening the mould.

High Speed Mixer Machines

Scrap Grinder

  • Scrap Grinder is used for recycling of rejected moulded products. The rejected products are cut into pieces and then grinded to use. Materials to be grinding all polymer rejected products and polymer waste.
  • The main housing is fabricated of heavy M.S. plates. The top cover has hinged type openable arrangement for cleaning and is adjusted by bolts. The screen is fitted as lower part of the housing to be taken out easily for cleaning.
  • Dynamically balanced rotors made from carbon steel to ensure faster grinding and good output.
  • Hopper is fabricated of mild steel sheet. Non-returned flaps are fitted such a way that ground particles do not come out from hopper side.

Shuttle Machine manufactured in a latest technology with stringent quality in each and every stage of manufacturing to give quality product in wide range for different application and rigidly confirming to international standards.

Heating chamber:

Fixed heating chamber is having both side door operated by electrical motor. Moulds are getting indirect heat so, mould life is more. Fuel saving is because of latest technology. Heating chamber resists up to 700 degree temperature. Wall thickness is 75 mm to 150 mm according to size of chamber. Furnace chamber is separate and well designed giving each and every corner uniform temperature. Chamber is made from CRC 16 SWG sheet with in side LRB mattress wire mesh.

 

Shuttle Machine

Burner:

Diesel / Gas / CNG fired burners are used for less fuel cost, fast heating and maintenance free performance. Auto cut off in case of failure for safety purpose.

Cooling Chamber:

Besides heating chamber there are two cooling stations having industrial fans. Water mist spray is also available optional for faster cooling.

Station-I (Straight):

Straight arm can mount multi quantity mould according to space and size of product. Study main structure is provided for long lasting trouble free working. AC variable drive motors are given for less power consumption.

Station-II (L Type):

One L type arm can mount big size product according to space and size of product. AC variable drive motor is given for less power consumption.

Control:

2 layers 3 layers can be controlled without opening the door. AC variable drives for both stations are given and hence speed can be controlled accordingly. Timer for auto reverse / forward, heat control, separate temperature controller. Separate operator panel is provided along with main panel.
